We offer a 15-day warranty from the day the item is delivered. The customer assumes the costs of shipping the item back. If an error is made on our behalf, ie. wrong items shipped, shipping fees are waived.
E-Liquids & Disposables | All sales of E-liquids & disposables are final
Accessories | Drip tips, opened packs of coils, and wires cannot be returned (please be careful when selecting these items)

What we cover:
- Manufacturer defects (Screen issues, auto fire, battery issues, malfunctioning devices, defective tanks)
What is not covered:
- Damage caused by improper use/care: ie dropping, excessive force.
- Modifying / unauthorized repairs will automatically void the warranty
- Liquid damage
- Cosmetic imperfections
If the product comes with an authenticity card, it is important to keep them for warranty purposes. Manufacturers will not honour a return without it.
Refunds & Store Credit
If we are unable to fulfill a request for an authorized exchange, we will issue you a store credit; we are unable to issue refunds.
