We offer a 30-day warranty from the day the item is delivered. The customer assumes the costs of shipping the item back. If an error is made on our behalf, ie. wrong items shipped. Shipping fees are waived.

What We Cover:
- Manufacturer defects (Screen issues, auto fire, battery issues, malfunctioning devices, defective tanks)
What Is NOT Covered:
- Damage caused by improper use/care: ie dropping, excessive force.
- Modifying / unauthorized repairs will automatically void the warranty
- Liquid damage
- Cosmetic imperfections
- If the product comes with an authenticity card, it is important to keep them for warranty purposes. Manufacturers will not honor a return without it.

Refunds and Store Credit
If we are unable to fulfill a request for an authorized exchange. We will issue you a store credit; we are unable to issue refunds.
Yes! You must be the legal age in your province to make a purchase. New customers will be required to show proof of age to Canada Post to receive your package. For same-day delivery, proof of age is required for first time orders before the delivery is sent out.
Orders over $75 = free shipping via Canada Post to all of Canada. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days. Tracking code will be supplied on each order.

Yes we do ship to the USA!
Shipping cost is estimated based on your location. If your order is over $200 shipping is free.
Please contact us if you want items to be shipped internationally. We will get a quote for you!
You will receive your order on the same day IF:
- your order is complete & paid by 1:30pm on WEEKDAYS
- you live in Edmonton, Sherwood Park or St. Albert
If you order after 1:45pm on a week day, your delivery will be completed the next business day.
